The purpose of The Rite of Passage is to provide men, in a confidential and supportive environment, the freedom to explore issues related to their physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being—areas which, if left unaddressed, can lead to personal and social destruction.
This program is designed to offer optimism and opportunity to males who have been identified as at-risk, allowing them to share experiences, gain insight, and discuss relevant topics that support personal growth and positive change.
Through guided discussion and reflection, participants are encouraged to develop healthy perspectives, improve relationships, and overcome barriers that hinder success in life.

1. To share, teach, and demonstrate the principles of overcoming setbacks and becoming positive role models within families and the community.
2. To change the mindset—to transform the way we think and reinterpret what we see. This enables men to develop vision and purpose, empowering them to become stronger and more productive individ

3. To rebuild and reform distorted concepts and negative self-images that lead to misguided behaviors.
Note: Our success is defined by what each participant achieves—the realization of personal goals and the ability to mentor and inspire others.
We stand for one, believe in one, and reach one.
