The Bus Pass Program provides transportation assistance to eligible individuals for essential activities such as employment, job interviews, medical appointments, and approved special events. The goal is to reduce transportation barriers and promote self-sufficiency, health, and community participation.
1. Employment – Travel to and from work. Verification: Recent pay stub, work schedule, or employment letter.
2. Job Interviews J– Attend scheduled job interviews. Verification: Interview confirmation or employer contact.
3. Doctor’s Appointments – Attend medical, dental, or mental health appointments. Verification: Appointment card.

All individuals requesting a bus pass must provide documentation to verify the purpose of their request. Failure to provide required documentation will result in denial.
Required documentation includes:
- Employment: Work schedule, pay stub, or letter from employer.
- Job Interviews: Confirmation letter or email.
- Doctor’s Appointments: Appointment card or written confirmation.
- Special Events: Event flyer or registration form. All bus passes must be approved by the "Project Coordinator"
